If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Items MUST be in NEW condition. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the date received will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 14 days after the delivery date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please email us at surferbedding@gmail.com with a description of returned item, original order number and last name as well as reason for return. Upon approval we will email you back with instructions on how to return along with a RA (Return Authorization) number to enclose with your returned products.
